Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Lodo Games ("we", "us", "our") handles your information when you use any game published by Lodo Games (each a "Game") on the Amazon Appstore, Google Play or any other store. It is a single policy that applies to all of our Games.
1. The short version
- No accounts, no sign-up and no email collection.
- Your progress, coins, unlocks and settings are stored only on your device.
- Our games contain no ads and no in-app purchases.
- Some Games use Google Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics so we can fix bugs and see which features are used.
- We never sell personal data.
2. Data stored on your device
Game progress such as unlocked levels, vehicles, characters, outfits, coins, high scores, language and sound settings is saved only on your device in the Game's private storage. We operate no game servers and we cannot read this data. Deleting the Game deletes it.
3. Analytics and crash reports
Some Games include Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services may collect a random installation identifier, device model, operating system version, language, country derived from your IP address, app version, session length, screens visited and crash logs. This information is aggregated and used only to understand how the Game is used and to fix crashes. How Google processes this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Advertising
Paid editions of our Games are sold at a single price and contain no ads and no advertising SDK requests. If a free version of a Game shows ads, they are served by Google AdMob and its partners, which may use your device advertising identifier. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.
5. Purchases
Purchases are processed by the store you downloaded the Game from (Amazon or Google). We never receive your payment details, name or store account credentials. Refunds are handled by the store according to its policies.
6. Permissions
Our Games request only the permissions they need to run, typically network access (for analytics and store links), keeping the screen awake during play and vibration for haptic feedback. We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location.
7. Children
Our Games are made for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). Our ad-free Games collect no personal data at all. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Data retention and security
Because we hold no copy of your game data, there is nothing for us to export or erase on our side. Analytics data held by Google is retained according to Google's retention settings, typically no longer than 14 months, on Google's servers protected by industry standard security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Since we do not identify you, the practical way to exercise these rights is to delete the Game, reset your advertising identifier in your device settings, or contact us at the address below.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of a Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
